If you are a visitor to the Website or when you register at Customer Portal you will be asked to provide some personal data, which may include information that can be used to identify and/or contact you.

Additionally, we gather information about what products you have downloaded and tried, and what licenses have been activated as well as information about when the purchase has been made from our online store.
What does Arction gather your information for?

In addition, we will not provide, give or sell any Arction Client Information to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
When you purchase products through our online store.
Below is the information about the data that we collect from you when you purchase one of our products on our online store. Processing and collecting your personal data are based on the fulfilment of legal obligation in reference to Article 6-1 (c) of the GDPR or contractual obligations in reference to Article 6-1 (b) of the GDPR. This information is required in order to process your payment, deliver products or services, and to comply with applicable tax/revenue laws. We will use your email to send you a receipt after purchase and might contact you regarding your purchase or otherwise ask for information necessary to fulfil our contract with you.
Optional information such as your name, billing address, email, company name you provide during the purchase process is stored in our CRM “TeamGate” and is not shared with any third parties. This information is stored with a purpose of reaching you when your Support or Maintenance release is close to its expiration date or when a new version of our product is released as well as other information that we believe could make use for you based on your previous interactions with us.
The information regarding the transaction is kept for however long necessary to comply with the applicable tax/revenue laws.
Important to note: When one of our products is purchased through our customer portal, Arction does not hold any card information of the purchasers. It is collected by our third-party payment processors, which specialize in the secure processing of any card transactions. (Look at third-party product providers section below).
Third Party Product Providers we work with
We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business or administer activities on our behalf as well as support fundamental business activities.
All the orders that are processed through our secure online store pages are handled by a third-party payment processor “Stripe” (by Stripe, Inc.) that specializes in safe processing of card transactions as well as its secure storage. We do not store, nor have access to any credit card information of our customers.
All of our third-party providers are GDPR compliant.

Your preferences

Disclosing information to outside parties
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer Arction Client Information to outside parties. Arction Client Information may be transferred to trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes, we may also release Arction Client Information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or other rights, property, or safety.
Do Not Track Signals
We may track users over time and across third party websites and we do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. We do not use this information to provide targeted advertising. Third parties can collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Website.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our Website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
